C’HEU L’ZIB
Restaurant with a warm decor as at home in Menetou-Salon.
The Zib is an old address, always as good. In the Fontaine family since 1937, the restaurant makes a point of not changing anything. Thus, years after years, the same specialties of the house are used: pike cream and Charlotte chocolate. The rest of the card changes according to the mood of the boss and seasonal products. Now it is Julien the back little son who cooks under his grandmother Marie-Claude. In the room, Dorothée, the patron - daughter of Marie-Claude - orchestrates the command of a master hand. At a table you can enjoy the warm and comforting decor and the plates spent on the front desk before welcoming the dishes. The enameled wood stove, the large tables, the beautiful white tablecloths, the old parquet flooring, the hanging pottery create a fabulous atmosphere where conversations are good. We're taking the dishes, like at home and taking his time like grandparents' days. And above all, it's good! The gourmet menu consists of two entries, fish, meat, salad, cheeses and desserts. A Berrichese table for lovers of old tastes. Discover the Zib shop and its good products all connected to the restaurant.
