HISTORIMAGE MUSEUM
Go there and contact
The Historimage Museum is located in the heart of the green area of the Grande Garenne area where you can stay (90 rooms), take a meal (310 seats) and organize seminars. A museum of military history retracing the history of the major contemporary armed conflicts, an android of the former Minister of War and Pensions, André Maginot (the one who had the famous eponymous line built from 1928 to 1940) welcomes you and tells his story. It refers to the initiatives and activities of the Federation that bear its name. Several documents and objects are set in a beautiful space of 1,000 square meters. Regularly renewed, the scenery provides a better understanding of contemporary wars. A space is dedicated to the regional combatants of the Great War (including Alain-Fournier, author of the Grand Meaulnes).
