LES RIVES DE L’OIZENOTTE
On the edge of Nohant Pond, in a wooden building with large windows, you will appreciate the charm and calm of Oizenotte. A peaceful setting and nature within easy reach. In the summer, on the terrace, you will feel like on a boat deck. Françoise Gaunand welcomes you with warmth, while her husband, Philippe, concocts a traditional cuisine that can highlight home specialties: cappuccino of Berry lentils, old mimolette and rounded ropes with spices of spices, back of cod vapor, Burgundy truffle butter, duck thigh confite to romarin or roast sandre filet. Here, cheeses are farmers and therefore authentic. But that's no reason to eat too much, because you have to keep some room for home desserts: white chocolate foam, orange-orange cream and churros with orange or white sugar-eating, almond milk, candied amarena cherries and sorbet litchi. A real delight! Please note that the menu varies depending on the season.
And to work like the chef, bet on cooking classes.
