Ambiance désagréable
Personnel de salle opérationnels mais tellement stressés qu on a l'impression de gêner. Pas de sourire, accueil glacial et superviseuse planquée au bar qui critique ses employés devant les clients : attitude absolument pas pro qui donne une très mauvaise image de l'établissement qui plus est quand cette dame sert les bières pression débordantes de mousse par dessus les verres. Avant de critiquer de façon humiliante vos agents apprenez à bosser correctement.
