Going down the Cher Valley towards Villeneuve, you will fall on the ruins of the Tower of the Bau. It is hidden in the invasive vegetation of the Palace Woods and Chaume Aux. The site belongs to the city of Saint Florent but is located on the municipality of Villeneuve-sur-Cher. Several hiking trails lead to it. The Tower and the layout of the enclosure are still perfectly visible and dominate the valley of the Cher. In the circular tower we distinguish the entrance and the staircase which gave access to the floors. An interesting ruin to discover.
