Follow the "ochre path" of 2,2 km outside the museum and around the village. It passes through the places known as «Les Hauts Ocreries» and «Les Basses Ocreries», ancient ocriers sites. No time wells remain, but one can see a reconstructed one, as well as a lodge, a kind of hut where workers interviewed their tools. Touch the land where it is orange yellow: ochre emerges in several places. Don't hesitate to drift out of the way for a slightly longer walk, which allows you to admire the castle of Rozay - forbidden to visit - and its moat. Get down to the Cher, where boats leave to bring ochre to Holland.
