Patrick Valencier is a professional beekeeper. There are no less than 300 to 400 hives distributed throughout the region - even in Indre - among individuals and farmers. It grows four to five different types of honey, depending on the seasons: spring flowers in May, acacia in June, chestnut and all flowers in July, sunflower in August. On the farm, he thus sells the fruit of his crops: honey pots, of course, as well as homemade gingerbread bread, pollen and royal jelly, so good for health. On order, he carries out attractive gift boxes with different pots of honey, decorated with wax subjects.
