This fair is organized by the Party Committee in the Caves de la Mignonne room for the 45 th time this year. We come here to taste and buy oysters, cheese mussels, crottins and other smoked ham. And of course, it is accompanied by the best Sancerrois wines. The stands of several local artisans are also discovered: potters, ceramists, jewelers… Beyond tasting, if hunger takes you, the appetizers of fries, sausages, sausages or pancakes should fill you. On Saturday night, the dinner dinner extends the day. On Sundays, a basket and a broiler are the program.
