BUREAU INTERPROFESSIONNEL DES VINS DU CENTRE (BIVC)
The Bureau interprofessionnel des Vins du Centre brings together all the vineyards of the region: sancerre, menetou-salon, reuilly, quincy, châteaumeillant and coteaux-du-giennois. It provides technical and logistical assistance to winegrowers and promotes their vineyards. The objectives of the BIVC are statistical monitoring of production, definition of market and payment conditions, collective communication both in France and abroad, and quality promotion. The aim is to promote quality vineyards and bring them all together under the same banner of Centre-Loire wines.
