LA SAULDRE
This restaurant, featuring fresh, seasonal produce, promises a pleasant meal at a reasonable price.
Formerly the Lièvre gourmand that had its reputation as quality but not always conviviality, now La Sauldre led by Twan Jeuhomme and his team, - a fall in love with the Berry, which for a good fifteen years criss-crossed Europe through the world of catering and hotel, this fully renovated restaurant proposes 22 8 places distributed on two rooms, comfortable to chat and lunch or dinner in peace… It is also possible to reserve a private dining room of 12 seats. We work fresh products only traditionally for lunch and the doors of a free gastronomy in the evening and on Sunday. Escargots, foie gras, lamb mice, game or fish of the moment, gratin dauphinois, green lemon risotto, accompanied by ad hoc presentation and sauces appropriately, occupy a prominent place on the menus. It's worth noting that five dishes in the evening are relatively cheap as well as lunch that proposes three, because quality/price, there's nothing to contradict. On the contrary, we appreciate the good combined with the pleasure of restoring itself in such a pleasant place.
