Located in the city center with panoramic views of the Berry Canal, this hotel was picked up by Nicole and Frédéric Schreiber in 2013. The hotel has a unique charm with its North American spirit, enameled plates, American diner atmosphere and film posters. At the breakfast buffet, you press your orange juice yourself, cook your eggs as you wish, and croissants, tarteens and drinks are at will. On the restaurant side, the new chef works in Quebec and US specialties: Putin, Chinese pâté, touring, burgers and Caesar salad. The question is: The restaurant is open only in the evening. The hotel has a covered garage and offers all comfort.
