LA RÉCRÉATION GOURMANDE
In this old school, restored in a restaurant, the odors of glue have left the smells of good traditional cuisine. The place is atypical and we eat well. The chef, Michel Katitsch, does not hesitate to take a tour in the room. On the menu during our passage: a stove head and a roar pear covered with salted butter caramel. Other flavors to discover: Sauce, home smoked salmon and butcher's pieces with impeccable cooking… The service is smiling and fast. The menus respond to the Certificate of Study or Baccalaureate and remind you of the good times spent on the school benches. A very friendly address that got a Bib gourmand in the Michelin guide.
