Day 1: Eagles and grizzlies of Grouse Mountain

Steps: Vancouver, Grouse Mountain

Grouse Mountain is a favourite site for a first overview on the surrounding nature of Vancouver and its wildlife. There are two grizzlies in their enclosure (maybe it's your only chance to see them safely), but also eagles and raptors during high-flying shows.

Day 2: Stanley Park Aquarium

Steps: Vancouver

Among the finest and largest aquariums in North America, the Vancouver Aquarium of Stanley Park is a visit not to miss to discover the marine wildlife of Canada's west coast. The stars of the centre: our friends white belugas as well as nice penguins and beautiful phosphorescent jellyfish.

Places of interest :
STANLEY PARK / VANCOUVER AQUARIUM

Day 3: Crossing to Vancouver Island

Steps: Victoria, Vancouver

We stay in the aquatic environment to head for Vancouver Island. The ferry crossing is an opportunity to watch the marine fauna along the coasts and the Gulf islands. When you arrive in Victoria, board a zodiac to participate in a sea excursion to get near whales.

Day 4: Natural Parks of Vancouver Island

Steps: Sooke, Port Renfrew, Vancouver

You will enjoy being on the spot to go for walks in the surrounding areas and hike by the sea on the trails of the beautiful natural parks that are in the south of Vancouver Island: the park of Juan de Fuca or the East Sooke Regional Park. It is very likely that you can watch many seabirds, seals lying on rocks or blow of whales swimming near the coasts.

Day 5: Sea kayak-excursion

Steps: Deep Cove

We return to the mainland by ferry before boarding another dream boat to watch animals: sea kayaking. . The most beautiful excursions are in Deep Cove. There may be a chance to see eagles wheeling in the sky and sea lions playing in the calm waters of this picturesque cove

Day 6: Manning and Garibaldi, two provincial parks to discover

Steps: Whistler, Manning Provincial Park, Garibaldi Provincial Park

Finally, to watch more forest wildlife (bear, originals, deer, etc.), nothing better than to sink in the pedestrian paths of the parks and the surrounding mountains. Among the sites that usually abound with animals, the Manning Provincial Park in the Fraser Valley or the Garibaldi Provincial Park on the Whistler Road offer beautiful walks in the nature.
