Day 1: Jerusalem

Steps: Jérusalem

Start with a visit to the Old City, which you can easily dedicate two full days to. Don't miss: the Wailing Wall, theEsplanade of the Mosques and the Dome of the Rock, the Holy Sepulchre

Day 2: Jerusalem

Steps: Jérusalem

Spend this second day in the old city visiting what you didn't get to see the day before. Do some shopping in the souk and, if you still have some energy left, climb to the top of the Mount of Olives for a great view of the city

Day 3: Jerusalem

Steps: Jérusalem

Head to the New City for this final day in the Holy City. Don't miss a visit to the Yad Vashem memorial, in memory of the victims of the Shoah, and the Israel Museum. Stroll through the alleys of Mea She arim, the neighborhood of the ultra-Orthodox Jews. In the evening, go to one of the many bars on Solomon or Rivlin streets.

Day 4: Swimming in the Dead Sea

From Jerusalem, you can go to the Dead Sea in about 1 hour. There you can try the experience of a swim in this sea where the density of salt is such that a human being can easily float there. You will also find thermal baths to take, among other things, sulphur baths and bathe in the Dead Sea, in order to obtain a clean and soft skin.

Day 5: Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and Forteresse fortress

If the Dead Sea is the subject of a beautiful day excursion, it will be easy to spend a day exploring Ein Gedi's magnificent nature reserve and the ruins of Masada fortress. The most courageous can climb at the top of the mountain to attend the sunrise.

Day 6: Tel Aviv

Steps: Tel Aviv

Few tourists stop in Tel Aviv, yet this vibrant and cosmopolitan city is worth looking at least one day before resuming its flight. Between beaches, museums, art galleries, nightlife and craft markets, there is no time to get bored. After the visit of Jerusalem, a holy and venerated city, then that of Tel Aviv, a secular and unbridled agglomeration, you will have had a beautiful overview of the various faces of Israeli society.

Day 7: Jaffa

Steps: Tel Aviv

Visit the old city of Jaffa, attached to Tel Aviv. Stroll through its picturesque alleyways, where workshops and art galleries have been set up. Eat on the harbour in one of the many fish restaurants.
