A week is a very short time for the vastness of Cameroon. So we'll be staying in the south of the country. Departing from Douala, this tour takes in some magnificent natural sites, with a stopover on the coast to enjoy the beaches, and ends with a visit to the capital, Yaoundé.

Day 1: From Paris to Douala
Day flight, arrival at the end of the day, reception and transfer to the hotel; free evening.
Day 2: Discovery of, Bay
Steps: Limbé
Arrival in, at the end of the morning, reception at the hotel, on the edge of the ocean. afternoon relaxation on the volcanic sandy beaches of Mile 8 or Mile 11; at the end of the afternoon, excursion to the Lave lava casting; free evening.
Day 3: Buéa getaway
Steps: Limbé, Buéa, Parc National Du Mont Cameroun
Visit Buéa and hike the slopes of Mount Cameroon; return to Limbé in the afternoon, visit the botanical garden and/or zoo and end the day at the beach; evening at leisure.

Day 4: The impressive Ekom Nkam waterfalls
Steps: Nkongsamba, Bafoussam
Early morning departure, stop in Nkongsamba for lunch, then excursion to Ekom Nkam waterfalls; arrival in Bafoussam at the end of the day, welcome at the hotel and evening at leisure.
Day 5: From Foumban to Bafoussam
Visit to the UCCAO coffee factory in Bafoussam, then late morning departure for Foumban; lunch in this town and afternoon devoted to visiting the Sultan's palace and museum, the Bamoun Arts and Traditions museum and craftsmen's workshops (possibility of shopping); return to Bafoussam at the end of the day and short excursion to the Metchié waterfalls; evening free.

Day 6: Heading for the capital
Steps: Bandjoun, Bafoussam, Yaoundé
Bafoussam-Yaoundé. Early morning departure; visit to the Bandjoun chiefdom on the outskirts of Bafoussam, then on to Yaoundé; arrival in Yaoundé in the late afternoon, welcome at the hotel, followed by a short tour of the capital and dinner in town.
Day 7: Visit Yaoundé and drive to the coast
Morning visit to Yaoundé and departure for Kribi in the early afternoon, after lunch; arrival in Kribi at the end of the day, welcome at the hotel and relaxation on the beach; evening free.
Day 8: Nature and relaxation by the sea
Steps: Kribi
Morning excursion to the Lobé Falls (motorcycle cab available), then lazing on the beach; mid-afternoon departure for Douala airport and return to Paris by overnight flight.
