How to get there - Île De Hong-Kong
Hong Kong, the island of all possible
Start with a dim sum brunch in one of the oldest traditional tea houses in the city: Lin Heung Tea House, at Wellington Street. Then, a visit to Le Peak with the tram, followed by a walk around Le Peak to admire Hong Kong Bay. Then go down the hill on foot by taking Old Peak Road, which goes back to Central. From there, a visit to Central district is essential, then Hollywood Road to discover Chinese antique shops. Finally, take a junk tour in Aberdeen before returning to Central district where you can recharge your batteries in the beautiful Shangri-La hotel. For a nightcap, we recommend you the Soho district.
Kowloon and its colourful markets

Take the Star Ferry towards Kowloon. As soon as you get off the boat, visit Hong Kong Arts and History Museums. Then go on to visit Shanghai Street, the , Jade Market and the Bird Market in Prince Edward. Here, you will have the opportunity to eat on the go in the maze of 's night market. Finally, enjoy the skyline of Hong Kong by night from Avenue of Stars, including the famous Symphony of Lights' sound and light show (every night at 8pm).

Macao and the hell of the game
Steps: Macao
Leaving early in the morning, a day is enough to visit this former Portuguese colony, but if you want to enjoy it more, plan for one night on the spot. To get started, take your time to walk in the Largo Senado neighbourhood and in the surrounding antique shops. You can also visit the Sao Paulo church, Fortaleza do Monte and its museum or the A-Ma temple on the seafront. You can have your lunch in a nearby Macanais restaurant before continuing the visit with a walk in the gardens of Louis Camões, Lou Lim Leoc and the Kun Lam Temple. And of course, to spend the evenin, stop at the casino, where the frenzy of the players intensifies at nightfall.

Canton and Shamian Island, the history of the establishment of foreigners in China

As soon as you arrive in Canton, head away from the urban hustle and bustle to the green island of Shamian. Here, stroll through its history-filled streets and immerse yourself in the colonial past of Canton. Especially in the north of the island, in the Qingping market, where you will find many Chinese herbs and dried meat traders. Continue the day at the temple of the Ancestors of the Chen clan, with roofs adorned with superb glazed terracotta sculptures built in the 19th century. Finish off the day with a night cruise on the Pearl River, with dinner on board.

Canton, its gastronomy and its history
Steps: Canton - Guangzhou
After visiting Shamian, don't miss the fascinating museum of the South King's Tomb. Also stroll through the gardens of the Temple of the Six Banian Trees or in the Yuexiu Park, where you can admire the statue of the Five Rams, a symbol of the city. After this long walk, taste the Cantonese traditional cuisine before going to Yanjiang Lu, the Cantonese Bund, for a final digestive trip.
