Day 1: Safari in Akagera National Park
Steps: Parc National De L'Akagera
On this day, you'll be picked up from your hotel early in the morning and head to Akagera National Park, home of the Big Five. On arrival, relax at the park reception and await a briefing after a full-day safari.
You'll visit the Giraffe Center to the south and the Lakes Road to Birengero. Akagera National Park is home to elephant, lion, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, antelope and much more. You'll be transferred back to Kigali after your full safari.
