C'est la 3ème fois que nous louons sur ce site pour des vacances en France et en Espagne, nous le trouvons très bien fait. Les logements ont toujours été très bien et le processus de réservation simple.

Très satisfaits de notre collaboration avec Novasol
Nous louons notre maison à Royan depuis 2 ans avec Novasol et sommes très contents des services apportés. Novasol s'occupe des réservations et de la gestion du ménage sur place. Nous avons beaucoup de réservations d'étrangers et de bons retours de ceux qui ont séjourné chez nous.

Personnel incompétent, logement non conforme
Nous avons loué une maison en décembre dernier à côté de Strasbourg. Nous avons payé un week-end plus de 800 euros et avons eu une maison sans chauffage, non nettoyé et avec une multitude d'équipement endommagé, fuyard et hors d'usage.
Novasol nous a proposé un dédommagement de 20 euros ! C'est tous simplement scandaleux de traiter des clients de cette façon.
Si vous pouvez les éviter faites le !
