This hotel does not offer you a gastronomic journey in the heart of Italy but rather the discovery of the flavours of Sicily. Did you know that Sicilian cuisine was one of the healthiest in the world? Concocted with many vegetables, long mijotée, enhanced with olive oil, it radiates fragrances appreciated by the finest palates! Specialities sing the sun: tagliolini del granio (fine pasta in eggs flambées with grappa and rosemary in the Parmesan stone, linguine Corléone (cooked seafood pasta), maison (large ricotta ravioli, spinach and tomato sauce), it carciofo (small artichokes stuffed with beef and tomato). Not to mention traditional risotto, lasagna, macaroni, spaghetti and other pasta cooked home with local products. The wine map will surprise you (very detailed and explanatory) with great Sicilian wines: Hugonis, terra di tarses, re manfredi. A good address to discover.
