Luc Salsedo worked with Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV (Monaco) as well as in palaces such as Eden Roc. Then he was second to La Goat d'Or and the Route, in Falicon (alongside Jean-Marc Delacourt). mon pied à terre à Nice. Chaque séjour à Nice nous faisons un détour par ce restaurant, la cuisine est très bonne et on découvre des vins sublimes. L'accord mets vins sur les conseils du sommelier sont à chaque fois réussis. Bref, je recommande.
