José Orsini, the young chef, holds the red scarf of the disciples of Auguste Escoffier. It is a happy omen, which is widely confirmed once at the table. The specialties give in the fish nissart. At noon, the menu offers an entrance, a dish, wine and coffee. In the evening, a surprise menu from 40 € to 47 € offers eight dishes, composed live according to the arrivals and tastes of the client. A few examples for pleasure: Veal ris and scampis salad, marinated tuna steak and fried leeks, fresh cod to sausage and white zucchini, pigeon risotto to févettes, brouillade truffles, creamy squash and carpaccio of Saint James… Don't throw away! If: homemade desserts: Classic chocolate moelleux, a thousand-fold mint menthe, red fruit lychees, red vanilla vanilla blown with vanilla vanilla, cinnamon roasted with vanilla, deserve their quotation to the order of culinary merit. It's not over! Will you take a little digestive, for the road? Come, the limoncello cream and the homemade mandarin liquor will not disappoint you… The frame, with its beautiful view of the port, is very pleasant, as is the reception and service.
