MARACUDJA
In just a few months, this restaurant has become one of the city's smart addresses. In a very contemporary, elegant and sober setting, Chef Fabien Garino brings you to discover the flavours of the world. You leave the Caribbean (maracudja means "fruit of passion" in Creole) for exotic destinations, thanks to a subtle and subtle use of spices. The basic and quality products, magret of duck, foie gras, beef fillet and gambas cover fine flavours from Africa, Asia or Brazil: nems of poultry and eggplant to honey of white wine, ballottine of foie gras, gambas and chicken fillet in caramel skewers, Japanese gambas. As a couple or friends, you can quietly go on a trip! Little more: theme evenings (30 euros) are regularly organised. Find out more!
