LE VINTAGE
It is a kitchen from here and elsewhere, a kitchen with the colours and flavours that characterize this restaurant. The card, which is very sought, changes every evening according to seasonal products, the chef's discoveries on the market or his inspiration from the moment. Here are some examples of entry: panacotta of foie gras and fragmentation of mushroom mushrooms, pie roasted in the oven topped with potimarron de and onion jam. Among the dishes, you can enjoy a cocoa chicken (now an unavoidable reference) and a violet cream steak. Desserts are also watering with a tatin apple-currants, a or with fresh raspberries or a chestnut-burned cream. The decor is rather cosy, especially the basement room, the apparent stone dome dating back to 1835. An ideal setting for romantic evenings. Please note that the restaurant contains splendid references which can be served in the glass.
