On the background you are in the theatre, the service side is like this ballet of servers running around the clientele. On stage: the kitchen. Since 1897, the place has constantly changed its name: Tour Bergères, Le Petit Casino, Le Trianon Casino, Le Nouvel Casino. In the 1980 s Jacques Maximin took over his name and since 1991 it belongs to the chain Brasserie Flo. Chef Michel Bétis offers a Mediterranean brasserie style cuisine. The seafood plateau is found, like the nice ratatouille. A unique place.

Une belle à la maison l'ancienne
J'y ais travaillé. A l'époque, en 1998, il y avait une bonne brigade en cuisine, et une superbe équipe en salle.
