Built in the location of a former theatre and theatre complex dating back to 1932, it was completely renovated in an Art Deco style and opened in 1981. Currently led by Patrick Hourdequin, theatre is meant to be a unifying of a broad audience. Therefore, the programming is accordingly and offers shows really for all tastes. According to the wishes of Princess Grace, who is at the origin of this theatre, laughter is the common denominator of the programming, which explains the fact that it can also be seen in the stage of the boulevard.
