Since 1984, this international event completes the Principality's cultural agenda, enriching it at the time - spring - where cultural events decline. Who says atypical period, says atypical programming: The different expressions of music (chamber music, recitals, baroque operas, musical films) are highlighted, even though the artistic spectrum remains rather wide (theatre). The Festival is a good opportunity for young talent and a feast for the amateurs, and each edition has a new novelty.
