Hike. You can crave on the heights to join our Lady of La Garde chapel to enjoy the view on the calanque. You will have to take the chemin du sémaphore de Sain-Croix from La Ciotat, do not descend into Figuerolles calanque, continue straight and then go on the path on the left towards the chapel (indicated).
Swim. Calm and shallow waters with idyllic blue, ideal for families. The bravest swim to the island of the Lion.
Diving. From the Figuerolles calanque, you can go to several famous spots from the edge: The undersea arche Debéné, the Dome of the Gargouille, the Tomb, Grotto, Lion, Capucin Fault, Devil's Hole, Little Nemo Wall.
Kayak and Paddle. The waters of the calanque of Figerolles are extremely calm because it is fairly cashed and protected from the wind. When the sea is not too agitated and it is possible to circumvent the Eagle's beak, you can go to Mugel's calanque through the green island and Figuerolles cave (150 meters left from the calanque).
Via cordata. A classic of the vertical hikes of the calanques is via the cordata of the Trou du Souffleur, through the dry canyons and cliffs carved out of the syringe. Through this "hole" in the rock, the sound of wind and waves shattering on the cliff is amplified. A course for beginners adapted to groups of friends or families that lasts 3 hours.
