ACTIVITÉS AUX ÎLES DU FRIOUL
Historic visit, walking and swimming. The boats that fly between Marseille and the Frioul Islands offer two stops: the first on If Island to visit the eponymous castle. Then Ratonneau is the most frequented island. You will discover the point Brigantin, the calanque (and beach) of Morgeret, the fort of Ratonneau overlooking the magnificent calanque (and beach) of Saint-Estève, the port of Eoube and the former Caroline hospital. Pomègues are more wild and isolated with the Crine calanque, the harbor and the Pomègues Tower which offers a magnificent panorama around.
Canoe-kayak. An on-site base offers kayak rental to explore islands' calanques.
Scuba diving. The Marseille diving clubs offer many exits around the Frioul Islands for the underwater flora and fauna it counts, as well as shipwrecks and aircraft.
Boat. A motorboat (without a license) can be hired at the Frioul Sea water leisure base.
Snorkeling. Walkway excursions are offered in the Frioul Islands.
