Classic recipes with the addition of aromatic plants result in textured cheeses with unique flavours.
Ingrid and Rik are famous for their tommes, but they also make cow's milk and goat's milk cheeses, yoghurts and butter. They use fresh milk from nearby farms to make their products. Every Friday, from 5pm to 7pm, they open the doors of their store, but you can also find them at the markets in Brantôme every Friday, and Thiviers and Périgueux every Saturday. Perigordian cheeses not to be missed!
