A small group of artisan foie gras preservers, called Artisans Conserviers de Dordogne - registered trademark - decided, on a voluntary basis, to set up a process of excellence in favor of taste and flavors. For consumers of foie gras and duck breast, this particularly involved approach is proof of the most uncompromising respect for the true taste and authentic flavours of the Dordogne. Among the flagship products: whole semi-cooked duck foie gras, plain, with three peppers or truffled and packaged in jars or tins. You can also enjoy the pâtés and delights with foie gras, confits and cooked dishes like cassoulet with duck confit, country soups, the Périgord enchaud, whole and smoked duck breast.
