Norbert Pouget has a beautiful experience in catering service: It is based in Echourgnac, where you can reach it to order, but we find it in the morning on the markets of Saint-Astier and Lalinde on Thursday, in Riberac on Friday, in Sainte-Foy-la-Grande on Saturday and in Issigeac and Bordeaux Les Capuchin on Sundays. The one who presents himself as "the cook on the morning markets" adds to his natural sympathy a quality of production and service, with a careful presentation. His figs made to the foie gras liver are irresistible to open the end of year festivities with even délinaisons to apricots or strawberries.

I very enjoyed: the fig, apricot and the plum, all are delicious but the fig wins the palm They exist in 3 sizes, for small appetites or the gourmands

on holiday in the Dordogne, I can not go without being top with the stand Norbert on the market St Astier! if there is a craftsman 100% guaranteed, it is Norbert that you need!
this is not a pub and a message of sympathy to a super shopping!

The full figs with foie gras are a good idea for christmas but also to taste of aperitifs or simply in small beware! You can actually find figs with foie gras, prune and apricot (not the strawberry...) on the market Saint Astier and Lalinde Thursday, Friday, Ribérac Saint Foy lagrande on saturdays and Issigeac and Bordeaux capucins Sunday. Fruit with foie gras can preserve 8 to 10 days and until empty 45jours!
