CAVE D'EYMET
Mitch O'Sullivan lived in eight countries before arriving in France and taking over La Cave d'Eymet after many studies of oenology and learning about viticulture at Château La Tour Blanche in Sauternes. This friendly Irish woman, who has had a devouring passion for French wines and especially natural, organic and biodynamic wines from the South West France and Languedoc-Roussillon for over 20 years, really knows what she's talking about. In her beautiful "cave grotte" as she calls it, she has selected some 300 references where Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire wines and champagne are not forgotten as well as some Italian, Spanish and Austrian wines. And as a good Irish, she also sells excellent whiskies... She regularly takes part in tastings and her advices are those of great professional.
