Founded in 1927, Beyne Frères, specialized in the sale of gourmet products (foie gras, candied, pâtés, cuisinés…), has a wealth of culinary tradition in Périgord. Selection of raw materials and competence and rigour in their implementation, these are the two priority axes that translate into revenue and the quality/price ratio appreciated by often faithful clients. Among the novelties: a full-blown duck foie soufflé or a completely boneless quail, made in ballotine including pork flesh, whole duck of whole duck and pieces of truffles.
