In the charming village of Grand-Brassac, the Truffières organic farm has been much admired by locals since it was taken over by Benoit Gérodou and his partner Fanny. On 20 hectares of land, they cultivate a wide variety of cereals and pulses with love and respect, and produce nutrient-rich oils. Their flours are much appreciated by local bakers: wheat, rye, corn, spelt... The farm also features Fanny's zero-waste textile creations. A must for lovers of nature and quality!
