DOMAINE DE LOQUEYSSIE
In this magnificent farm, with its 18th century buildings, the Dumaure family is the guarantor of the peasant tradition in Périgord.
Denis and Valerie perpetuate the traditions of the Périgord: walnuts, Barbary duck and Limousin veal. Whole walnuts, in oil and even a spread. They raise, force-feed and transform this space of ducks which traditionally occupied the farmyards 50 years ago. They are heavier and are raised longer to give a tasty liver and a more generous and melting flesh. They also sell veal trays. Every Thursday, in the summer, they participate in the market in Chaminade with other producers.
