Chef Philippe Nouzillat has worked in French cuisine for 28 years abroad: here, it is based on local products, with a friture d'ablettes (a speciality of the house for 4 generations) from the Dordogne. Attente interminable pour un confit desséché et des pommes Sarladaises qui n’en ont que le nom, en plus l'addition fait mal. Nous avons fait l'impasse sur le dessert et le café. mieux valait arrêter les frais. Hélas.....
