Sibylle and Jean Desmaret took over this farm at the beginning of 2021 to install more than 70 black Gascon pigs raised in 100% free range. Sausage, ham, coppa, dried tenderloin, belly, terrine, blood sausage, head pâté... Everything is good in the pig! The Gascon pig offers a redder meat, a more developed marbling, and a small taste of hazelnut. You can find their products directly at the farm, online or on the markets of the area. They are gradually increasing their herd, remaining faithful to free-range, organic and quality taste.
