À la brucelière, le service est chaleureux et professionnel, sans chichis.
Le repas lui, est tout en finesse, des saveurs parfaitement associées avec une mention spéciale pour le cerf en sauce de betterave au chocolat.
Un plat de viande qui nous a procuré des émotions comme rarement...
Point final sur le dessert au chocolat qui n'a rien à envier au reste.
