Serge Mercier is well known for his activity as a canner. His foies gras and confits remain the products that sell the most in his store located in the middle of his farm, between Montignac-Lascaux and Saint Genies. Amateur and connoisseur, he brewed for himself and his relatives... and the passion won him over! He decided in 2015 to offer his beers for sale. Placed between the chestnut products and the gourmet boxes, they are discreet... Of course, here we are in the country of the goose! But this local beer is to be tasted.
