The gastronomic table justifies a visit to this magnificent village of La Rochebeaucourt between Angoulême, Brantôme and Ribérac.

We love Les Cluzeaux, on the border of the Dordogne and the Charente! The table is run by a creative chef who brought back from his many years in Asia a know-how in the right dosage of spices and aromatics. The foie gras terrine has its aficionados, but we opted for the salmon mousse and its poached egg, offered in spring: a real delight. The same goes for the leg of lamb simmered for 7 hours and its tajine-like vegetables. The desserts are just like the menu: gourmet! Make a bistronomic stop in this village, you won't regret it.

Très bonne cuisine, accueil agréable. En revanche, le menu mis en avant sur Google ne correspond pas à la réalité. Un lundi, le plat dessert est à 28€ et l’entrée plat dessert à 33€. Un peu cher pour un arrêt de midi.
