Restaurant in Lalinde offering a traditional brasserie cuisine with local products and meat, desserts.
The Coulobre, which means snake in Occitan, is first of all the legend of a dragon who lived in a druidic cave near Lalinde and who kidnapped the unfortunate inhabitants and the boatmen. He would have been defeated by Saint Front. The restaurant that bears this name is not a legend. One eats traditional brasserie cuisine (tartar, burgers, one of which has foie gras, salads, pasta and pizzas) made with local products and meat from the Boutouyrie butcher's shop in Lalinde. The desserts are also very tempting, especially the gourmet profiteroles. The wine list includes more than 100 references.
