Producer since 19929 in organic agriculture of walnuts from Périgord, and transformation of these (kernels, oil, flour).
From the orchards to the mill since 1992, Lucie and Nicolas de Guitaut perpetuate the art of the walnut at Moulin de Chély, in the respect of organic agriculture. Virgin oil, flour, kernels and even nut spreads: each product pays tribute to the Périgord region. Winners of the SNA 2024 competition for their walnut oil, they share their know-how with passion.
