LE CHÉLY
Producer since 19929 in organic agriculture of walnuts from Périgord, and transformation of these (kernels, oil, flour).
It is at the Moulin de Chély, in operation since 1992, that Lucie and Nicolas de Guitaut produce and transform the famous Dordogne nuts. And this, to make products which make the fame of our soil! Oil, flour, kernels... And all this, in organic farming! You can find their range in some stores of the region, or come to meet them on the producers' markets. The best is to call them directly to place an order or simply to discuss their production, they will be happy to do so!
