In the kitchen, Joseph Tortora favours fresh local produce (member of the Foie Gras Route) and works wonders with it, with generous portions to boot. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan are also welcome. The menus change regularly to follow the seasons. You will taste products from the Périgord, but also delicious fish dishes. For dessert, the choice will be difficult! Special mention for the regional wine list, particularly well selected and at very reasonable prices.
