The Sourbé family produces chestnuts on 3 hectares and grain corn for feeding ducks. Since 1983, the production has been processed into canned food on the farm. In 2002, the farm joined the Périgord PGI approach, which guarantees the traceability of its products: whole duck foie gras truffled, half-cooked or block, neck stuffed with foie gras, duck liver pâté, country pâté, rillettes, terrines, confit, fat, ready meals such as chestnut goose, duck bolognese or duck mitonnade in red wine from Bergerac.
