The Aubertie family has been producing and selling duck foie gras and confits since 1970. Everything is made on the farm in the pure Périgord tradition: preserved foie gras, dried duck breast, rillettes, pâtés... Come and see them at the farm and taste their products! Their know-how has enabled them to create a foie gras that has won numerous medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. You can also take a course in the workshop to learn how to prepare whole foie gras and how to cook with Périgord black truffles (by appointment).
