Véronique Gauthier-Cluzaud produces a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, from the first sunny tomatoes to autumnal squash, as well as raspberries to be used in all forms. All of this is Ecocert certified. She has opened an organic grocery store at the farm with local, organic or ecoproducts (wine, oils, apple juice, dried vegetables, flours...), she also sells her fresh vegetables directly there. She is present all year long on the market of Excideuil, on Thursday morning. Organic farm network open to future farmers.
