FERME DE CAP BLANC
Ferme de Cap Blanc is a farm located in Monfaucon. This family farm is run by Didier, Emmanuelle and Baptiste, who share their passion and professionalism. They cultivate vines and raise Limousin cows to produce quality beef. They also devote part of their farm to mycosylviculture, the cultivation of mushrooms. Product diversity and quality are their priorities, and they hold several labels such as agriculture raisonnée, label rouge bœuf limousin, AOC Bergerac and Cèpes du Périgord. Since 2020, the farm has also been certified to level 3 of Haute Valeur Environnementale, which testifies to their commitment to environmentally-friendly farming practices.
