LA MAISON DU CHAPITRE
This bakery has a beautiful story. Jan, an American from Philadelphia, is professional baker since 2005. After a first international economist career, she decided to change lanes and move to France to study the bakery. At her sides, Philippe bakery trainer, impassioned for flour-milling, has worked in many regions and abroad (Ukraine, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia) before returning to his country of origin. With their know-how and the respect of the tradition they prepare breads very appreciated by their guests such as traditional French baguette with wet and fondant crumb and with fine and crispy crust, or pie rye, gluten-free, of dark color and well cracking and with honey and cinnamon flavours. A tea lounge area, spacious and warm, and seats on the shaded terrace allow you to drink a tea, coffee, hot chocolate in full heart of winter, or a cold drink accompanied by an ice cream in summer. You can also enjoy a laminated croissant, a tart with seasonal fruits, or even a sandwich.
