Perched on the ancient citadel of Montravel, razed to the ground by order of Louis XIII, Château Tour Montbrun offers a royal view over the Dordogne valley. Here, Mylène and Philippe Poivey passionately produce certified organic wines. Their red Bergerac seduces with aromas of blackcurrant, evolving towards candied, spicy and leathery notes. Also worth discovering: their dry Bergerac, fresh and floral. Available in local stores, these wines are well worth a tasting. And let's face it, a glass here is like sipping history!
