A "fast good food" is on the rampage at gourmet markets, farmers' markets and medieval festivals (in the Périgord, but all over France too, from late spring onwards): Lasc'Omelettes. Frédéric and his wife, who are passionate about medieval atmospheres, keep up the pace with their unique, tasty formulas. With chanterelle mushrooms, porcini mushrooms or truffles, the quick and easy omelettes are hearty, perfectly cooked, and the accompanying potatoes are not cooked in goose fat (a plus for vegetarians).
